Booking Terms and Conditions

Effective from: June 20, 2026

Introduction

These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the agreement between you (the "Guest") and the operator of the campground (the "Campground") when you reserve a pitch through this website (the "Platform"). By submitting a reservation request, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1 1. Definitions

  1. "Platform" means this website, through which the Campground offers pitches for reservation.
  2. "Campground" means the physical camping site, including its pitches, communal facilities and amenities.
  3. "Pitch" means an individual camping space at the Campground that can be reserved.
  4. "Guest" means the person making the reservation and everyone included in it.
  5. "Reservation" means the confirmed arrangement under which a Guest may occupy a Pitch for an agreed period.
  6. "Check-in" means arriving at the Campground and registering at reception.
  7. "Check-out" means leaving the Pitch by the required time on the departure date.
  8. "Extras" means optional services or items (for example a pet charge, an additional tent or equipment rental) added to a Reservation for an additional fee.
  9. "Cancellation period" means the 72 hours (three full days) before the scheduled check-in time, during which a reservation may be cancelled free of charge.

2 2. Account and Eligibility

  1. To make a reservation, you may either create an account or book as a guest.
  2. If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your name and email address, and (optionally) a telephone number.
  3. You must verify your email address using the confirmation link we send you. Reservations are not confirmed until your email has been verified.
  4. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or make a reservation. By submitting a reservation, you confirm that you are an adult.
  5. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and must notify the Campground without delay of any unauthorised use of your account.
  6. The Campground reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that provide false information or breach these Terms.

3 3. Reservation and Confirmation

  1. All reservation requests are subject to availability. A reservation is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from the Platform (by email or on screen).
  2. By submitting a reservation request, you make a binding offer to enter into an agreement on the basis of these Terms.
  3. Your confirmation will show your Pitch (or pitch type), arrival and departure dates, number of guests, selected Extras and the total price.
  4. The Campground may decline a reservation at its discretion. If a reservation is declined after payment, you will receive a full refund.

4 4. Prices and Fees

  1. The total price of your reservation is made up of the following, each shown clearly before you confirm: (a) the nightly base rate for the Pitch, based on standard occupancy; (b) a charge per night for each guest above the standard occupancy; (c) tourist tax, a per-person, per-night charge set by the local municipality; (d) a one-off cleaning fee; (e) charges for any Extras you select; (f) seasonal rate differences, where rates vary by season; and (g) any discounts or promotional rates that apply.
  2. All prices are shown in euros (EUR).
  3. The total price shown when you confirm is final for that reservation, unless you change the reservation afterwards.

5 5. Payment

  1. Payment is due on arrival at the Campground, unless different arrangements have been agreed in writing.
  2. Payments are processed through Mollie B.V., a regulated payment provider based in the Netherlands. Mollie's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
  3. For certain reservations or periods, the Campground may require a deposit or payment in advance. You will be told of this when you book.
  4. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact the Campground within 14 days of the payment date.
  5. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. How long a refund takes depends on Mollie and your payment provider.

6 6. Cancellation and Changes

  1. Free cancellation: you may cancel free of charge if you notify the Campground at least 72 hours (three full days) before the scheduled check-in time (14:00 local time).
  2. Late cancellation: if you cancel within 72 hours of check-in, you will be charged the equivalent of one night at the base rate for your Pitch.
  3. No-show: if you do not arrive on the check-in date and have not cancelled, the reservation lapses after 23:59 local time that day, and you will be charged 80% of the total reservation value.
  4. How to cancel: you may cancel through the Platform, by contacting the Campground directly by phone or email, or by any other channel shown on your confirmation.
  5. Changes: you may ask to change your reservation (for example dates or number of guests) through the same channels. Changes depend on availability and may affect the total price.
  6. Cancellation by the Campground: the Campground may cancel a reservation in exceptional circumstances (for example severe weather, damage or force majeure). In that case you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook.
  7. Early departure: if you leave before your scheduled departure date, no refund is given for the nights not used.

7 7. Check-in and Check-out

  1. Check-in is from 12:01 local time on your arrival date.
  2. Check-out is by 11:59 local time on your departure date.
  3. Late arrival: if you expect to arrive after reception closes, please let the Campground know in advance so that after-hours check-in can be arranged.
  4. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible on request, subject to availability and possibly at an additional charge.
  5. You may be asked to show identification at check-in that matches the reservation details.

8 8. Allocation of Pitches

  1. Although the Platform lets you choose a preferred Pitch or pitch type, the Campground may need to allocate you a comparable Pitch for operational reasons.
  2. If your Pitch is changed, we will do our best to offer one of equal or greater value. If no comparable alternative is available, you may cancel without charge.

9 9. Occupancy

  1. Each Pitch has a maximum number of guests, shown on the Platform when you choose your Pitch and on your confirmation.
  2. You must not exceed this maximum. Doing so may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
  3. Everyone staying on your Pitch must be included in your reservation. Undeclared guests are not allowed.

10 10. Extras

  1. Extras are optional services or items you can add when booking.
  2. Extras are charged either per day (for each night of your stay) or once per reservation. The type of charge is shown when you select each Extra.
  3. Extras can usually be added or removed up to check-in. Changes after confirmation may affect the total price.
  4. Examples of Extras include a pet charge (per animal, per day), an additional tent, equipment rental, electricity and late check-out.

11 11. Pets

  1. Pets are allowed only on pet-friendly pitches and must be declared when you book.
  2. A pet charge applies per animal, per day, unless stated otherwise.
  3. Pet owners must keep their pets under control, clean up after them and ensure they do not disturb other guests.
  4. The Campground may ask for proof of vaccination.

12 12. Vehicles and Gate Access

  1. Where the Campground has an electronic gate, you may need to register your vehicle registration number for access.
  2. On confirmation, you may be given a QR code or access code for the gate. This code is valid only for the dates of your reservation and may not be transferred.
  3. Each reservation has its own access code. Sharing or passing on access codes is not allowed and may result in your reservation being cancelled.
  4. Vehicles may be parked only in designated areas. The number of vehicles per Pitch may be limited.

13 13. Conduct and Campground Rules

  1. You must follow all posted rules and reasonable instructions from Campground staff.
  2. Quiet hours must be respected. Noise or disturbance affecting other guests is not permitted.
  3. Please use the bins and recycling provided. The Campground follows local waste and recycling rules.
  4. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or anyone in your party to Campground property, including the Pitch, communal areas, equipment or grounds. You will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement.
  5. The Campground may evict, without refund, any Guest who breaks these rules, and may refuse future bookings.
  6. Open fires are allowed only in designated fire pits or barbecue areas and subject to local fire regulations.

14 14. Liability

  1. You use the Campground and its facilities at your own risk. The Campground is not liable for loss, damage or injury to people or property during your stay, except where this results from gross negligence or wilful misconduct by the Campground or its staff.
  2. The Campground is not responsible for valuables left unattended. Storage may be available — please ask at reception.
  3. You agree to indemnify the Campground and its staff against any claims, damages or costs arising from your acts or omissions, or those of anyone in your party.
  4. Force majeure: the Campground is not liable for failing to meet an obligation where the failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government measures, utility failures or war.

15 15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
  2. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the location of the Campground.

16 16. Bookings via Third Parties

  1. The Platform may offer a booking tool that can be embedded on third-party websites.
  2. These Terms apply to bookings made through that tool in the same way as bookings made directly on the Campground's website.
  3. The operator of the third-party website is not a party to the booking. All terms, payment and liability are solely between you and the Campground.

17 17. Changes to These Terms

  1. The Campground may update these Terms at any time.
  2. The version in force when your reservation is confirmed governs that reservation.
  3. Future reservations are governed by the Terms in force at the time of the new booking.

18 18. Entire Agreement

  1. These Terms, together with your confirmation and any written agreement between you and the Campground, make up the entire agreement for your reservation.
  2. These Terms replace all earlier communications, representations and agreements, whether written or oral, on the same subject.
  3. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full force.
